Service was amazing. I phoned in my order, the person that answered was very friendly and helpful. After asking a few short questions, we were on our way for pickup. When we arrived they came out and checked on us to see how we were doing. The order only took 25 minutes, and then we were on our way. As you can see the results were amazing. There is something about the flavor that makes you want more. Highly recommended for a nice local favorite pizza place.

Common sense isn't a flower that grows in everybody's garden. We are in a hotel, delivery to a hotel. Order fettuccine alfredo no silverware, asked for ketchup and ranch - didn't get it. Fries cold. Avoid this place at all cost. Go someplace else. Don't waste your money with this place. If I could give negative stars I would have. The fettuccine alfredo os tasteless. Would be better just buying a jar of sauce for the store. A complete waste of money. Spoke to owner on the phone. Got the feeling he didn't care what I had to say.

We waited forever for our food and at one point, we were the only ones in there. We didn't complain once. The waitress was very apologetic but we ended up asking for our meals to go. She ended up not charging us for anything although we never asked.

Great Family owned spot. Great service and food! The homeade crust is amazing not to mention all the pastas and SANDWHICHES ! Ilalia. Beefs amazing!! Check it out and FULL BAR and patio with 1 and 1.50 drafts. Def enjoyed my experience.

We order pizza from here for delivery. It is delicious. The lava cake was not tastety but I would order pizza from here anytime.

Great little pizza joint. Grew up on Friday night romas pizza. Very seldom would Friday night consist of anything else for dinner. Cold Tomas pizza is awesome hangover food too.I have s friend that moved to Arizona when we were 12. About 2 x a year I have a request to over night him a pie.

Good beer and good pizza and good service

Absolutely delicious! We were up visiting last weekend and ordered pizza and breadsticks from here for our large group. It was a HUGE hit! Everyone commented on how delicious the crust was and how wonderful the breadsticks were. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely eat here again!

Great food but ok service.

Showed up after 11pm and got an Amazing Pizza made in MI I live close to Chicago so I know good pizza. Service was great also. Server was most friendly and appropriately attentive.

I bought 2 large pizzas, the crust on one was burned, we could not eat it. I called and they wouldn’t do anything for me. We threw the pizza away. Very poor customer service! We will not buy from them again. So check your pizza crust before you walk out of the door.

Very nice place. It was recently remodeled inside and now has video games for the kiddos... or kids at heart. Great pizza as usual! The kids say at their own table and mom and dad played "first date". The waitress humored us too. Lol. Nice place. Great food. Clean, quick and friendly.

Very very disappointed. We came here because we really like romas and our food was cold. It took way to long and our waitress was a no show most of the night. We will not be back. Way to ruin the night.

My friend and I decided to take a random exit and find a pizza place today (July 2017) and stumbled upon this little gem. We were surprised to actually find a pizza place as the first restaurant in sight. It's small and cute and we felt so welcomed even towards the end of the night. I think our waitress' name was Shelly. We got our drinks and food quick and it was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable. Everyone just seemed genuinely kind and took care of us. I'm picky with pizza and the standard version was great. Perfect crust :) we found our new tradition spot everytime we head home on our trip back from Michigan.

Food was fresh and delicious, and our service was top notch. Our group had several dishes: chicken fettuccine, both raviolis, the lasagna, and two pizza turn overs (PTOs). Every Italian Dinner came with a mini loaf of garlic bread, so we ended up with a ton of bread that we didn't eat. Getting ranch dressing was an added bonus for the PTO.

I love Roma's pizza much better than pizza hut. Why the hell are you closed on New years Eve? I realized it's Monday but come on. You probably lost a lot of business staying closed.

They are doing some remodeling but we always love coming here. Down to earth workers. That actually care and good food.

Solid pizza place. They just did a refresh of the inside and it looks much better. Very inexpensive domestic drafts add to the value of this place. You can grab a large pizza, a few draft beers and even a soda for about $20. What's not to like?

Great food for a good price

5 stars for food, 3 stars because the kitchen have our pizza to someone else and "didn't see" the cheesy garlic bread on the ticket. Rolling Rock is a buck a draft.

Love there food and service there every weekend. They never disappoint. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff is very friendly.

Very nice pizza, generous size and ingredients. I specially like the casual atmosphere and local feel of it.

Although the pizza was decent, it took 45 minutes to get it and then another 15 minutes to get the rest of our food. There were only 2 other tables. They seemed more concerned about their delivery orders than the people who were in their restaurant.

Friendly service but the pizza left a lot to be desired. The toppings were abundant but not very good quality. The sauce and crust were pretty good. Overall not terrible but nothing to make us come back.

My wife and I travel to New Buffalo quite often with the family in the summer. We loved Roma, very original pizza spot. But... One night we came with our 8 year old and newborn daughter. There were two men at the bar being obnoxious and drinking heavily. At the end of our meal, our newborn was crying. The men at the bar were complaining to the waitress about our daughter crying and how they loved the single life. The waitress was also talking under her breath and joining in with the two men. The group of 3 kept looking back at us even after our daughter was not crying. We waited several minutes for our check and had to go ask the waitress at the bar for it. She told the two men “people have been asking for there checks all night” in front of my wife. Needless to say, we will not return to Roma and will give New Buffalo our money.

Love this place. Not exactly the chicago style thin crust that I was used to when I moved out this way, but it's not quite NY style either. Kind of a hybrid. The pizza is great though, as are the other menu items I've tried. The "special" italian beef sandwich is a highlight. Prices are very reasonable as well. They've also recently remodeled their dining room. Great little place.

Pizza was amazing but the service was awful. Our waiter must have gone on break which would have been fine had the older woman with shoulder length hair behind the bar not gone completely out of her way to not help us. It wasn't until my husband asked someone else for help that she stepped up and then acted annoyed about it. I recommend the food but not the staff

Very quaint cozy place for couples to go to to have some Italian pizza after the beach along with some wine. I was not disappointed by the new owners at all .

Never been here so last night I ordered a taco pizza just to see how it was made here most places can't get it right but this taco pizza they sent to me was absolutely the best around thanks for great pizza will be down for more food in the future.

Delicious pizza made perfectly every time. Pasta dinners are great too. Love how they fight over who has to touch the anchovies! 😁

Great sausage. Helpful service. They gave my kid 3 dollars in quarters to play video games while they made our pizzas.
